I am thankful to Honorable Congressman Mr. Chris Smith and is staff for working so hard to help reunite you both and me and all the abducted children with their left behind parents. Honorable Congressman Mr. Chris Smith is the author of the Goldman Act, which was passed into law on August 8, 2014.
